By opting in to SMS through BookedPaid, you consent to receive texts from DataQubi / Fintentive, LLC at the number provided. Messages may include reminders, booking confirmations, job updates, and review requests.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP or email support@bookedpaid.com for assistance. Opting out will not affect platform access.
BookedPaid is for lawful business scheduling and customer communication only. No spam, harassment, illegal content, or TCPA violations.
You are responsible for ensuring your customers consent to receive SMS. You agree to honor all opt-out requests immediately.
Fees are billed as agreed at signup. All sales final unless stated in your service agreement.
All platform content and technology are owned by DataQubi / Fintentive, LLC and protected by applicable law.
DataQubi / Fintentive, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including missed leads or AI response errors.
Governed by Georgia law. Disputes resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
